Torre Espacio aims to be the safest tower in the world on all levels.
The design of its structure in H-800 reinforced concrete represents a considerable reduction in the communications nuclei section, pillars, walls, etc.
Torre Espacio is equipped with the most modern fire-fighting systems. It can be completely evacuated in a time of no more than 32 minutes (well below the standard required limit of 45 minutes). Furthermore, the building has shelter areas on every tenth floor.

Fire detection by aspiration in DPC and electricity panel areas.

Installation of manual pushbuttons and alarm.

Automatic system: automatic sprinklers in offices and common areas and extinction by gas in DPC and electricity panels.

Manual system: manual extinguishers, fire hydrants (two BIEs for each point of the building) and a standpipe.

The water supply is guaranteed by three cisterns installed at different heights.
The electrical installation has been designed on two premises. The first concerns the guaranteed supply of electricity for Torre Espacio users and the second concerns the minimum impact of general costs.
Electricity is distributed at medium voltage and transformed into low voltage by four transformer stations, leading to savings for users.
The DPC includes cutting-edge technical systems such as 24-hour monitoring, power system redundancy, fire detection by aspiration and fire extinction by gas, etc.
